That Colly's a Nice Chap!

Well that was a very nice Monday morning surprise – I’ve won an iPod Nano!
I noticed a lot of referrals in my logs from Colly – Simon Collison’s blog ‘Illogical Waffle’ and was very surprised to see my name in bold. Simply for putting an ad for Colly’s latest book, Beginning CSS Web Development on my site (see right – another plug can’t hurt surely). What a result! Who cares if it seems fixed in favour of those with NG postcodes. It’s very decent of him and already I can see that Nottingham folk are all dead nice. I’m feeling the love already. Everyone says it, but I genuinely never win anything so it’s made my day. Yssss.
In fact, that’s the clincher: my ‘follow the results of teams in the cities I live’ team for Nottingham will be County. Can’t say fairer than that.
Now to drip-drip the charm offensive and tap in to Colly’s Nottingham-based web knowledge…
